The Ember Bus is set up permanently in the beer garden of Hobart Brewing Company, 284 Argyle Street, North Hobart, Wednesday to Sunday, and from midday on Saturday and Sunday.

- Real wood-fired pizza. 12-inch pizzas, made by hand and cooked with a real wood fire.
- Something else. Cheese kransky, smoked chicken wings, a hummus bowl and share plates to go with your beer.

When is the Ember Bus open?
Wednesday to Sunday. Wednesday and Thursday 4–9pm, Friday 3–9pm, Saturday 12–9pm and Sunday 12–8pm. We're closed Monday and Tuesday.
Is it a good spot for birthdays and work drinks?
It sure is. Real wood-fired pizza in the brewery beer garden is an easy, relaxed way to celebrate a birthday, finish the week with work drinks or catch up with a big group of friends.

Wood-fired 12-inch pizzas, from Cheese & Garlic and Margherita to Hot Honey, Braised Lamb and Garlic Prawn, plus snacks like cheese kransky, chicken wings, a hummus bowl and a share plate. See the full menu.
Can you cater for dietary needs?
Vegan cheese and gluten friendly bases are available. Our gluten friendly bases are cooked on the same oven floor as our other pizzas, so we can't guarantee them 100% gluten free. Please talk to our staff about any allergies and dietary restrictions.
